With a passion for the simplicity of the French countryside homes of the Provence region, the clients wanted a stripped down contemporary version of the rectangular box French countryside homes. Of the many program requirements were; unobstructed views of the ravine backed lot, an efficient and open plan, spacious ceilings, and minimum square footage. Two of the main focal points of the home are the commercial mahogany grade window wall system at the two-story living room, stair tower and the master bedroom and the use of Quartzite Stone at the stair tower.
